Every month, your sphere receives a professionally designed postcard that is:

Can I update my SOI list throughout the year?
Yes, the mailing list can be modified at any time throughout the year either by us or directly by you through the portal.
How hands-off is the set up of the postcard campaigns?
You will be filling out a brand intake form and as long as you supply your logo, headshot, phone, email, brokerage address and list in EXCEL or CSV format, we can take the entire setup off your hands. You will have a 30-minute strategy meeting with your Marketing Coordinator to review the design and platform.
How much is postage?
The postcards print for free and postage follows USPS first class stamp rate - so you only cover the cost of a stamp! 78 cents as of July 2025
Can I skip a box?
Due to the nature of our set up we are not able to skip a box, however you can always gift it to another agent as a recruiting strategy or even as an affiliate strategy and if they like it, send them your affiliate link to earn 10% of their purchase.
Can I see what's being sent?
You can peek at the current year campaign via the link HERE - a new campaign will be released in Q4 of the year.
Can I modify the postcards or skip sending one?
You can modify the postcards on your own if you wanted, yes. In order to do this, you will just log into your account and find the postcard you want to modify. Once logged in you also have the ability to pause an automation so no card will go out.
